George Wolf

Co-Founder & Director of Technology

In addition to architecting and monitoring the company’s IT landscape, George has led the design and development efforts for GuideWise products and offerings since the company’s inception. Prior to GuideWise, George earned a B.S. in Cyber Security & Risk Analysis and a B.A. in Philosophy from the Pennsylvania State University. George honed his passion for technology through roles in software development at The Hershey Company, IT project management at General Electric, and technology consulting at Deloitte. A lover of the culinary arts, George had also honed his passions for hospitality and design as a Chef de Partie on the line at Celebrity Chef Tom Colicchio’s Michelin-starred restaurant, Craft, in New York City. Working within high-pressure environments characteristic of Fortune 500 offices, Big 4 consulting, and Michelin-starred kitchens revealed a grim reality of uninspired, unengaged, and unfulfilled workforces to George. From cutthroat, big office backstabbings to merciless kitchen meltdowns, George witnessed quite how detrimental emotional illiteracy, behavioral unawareness, and lack of purpose can truly be to an individual and organization at large. To help individuals and organizations conquer such threats, George, along with his father, Ted, co-founded GuideWise to guide the revolution toward the world’s most inspired, engaged, and fulfilled business community.
